Q: hi Jaime, further to my email regarding spending more time at disneyland, and yr suggestion to book at Raddison Suites hotel (as they provide rt transfer to disneyland, pls adv do we need to pay extra for staying at this hotel as i noticed it is not yr designated ones. Also pls advise what is the pick up time wif yr tour guide if we go wif the original plan. Tks

For tour 2-115: We offer one complimentary airport transfer from LAX to your hotel for each room that is booked on a reservation. We offer complimentary transfers for:
* Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:30pm.

Q: Hi, I would like to take up the "6-Day Bus Tour Package to Grand Canyon South, Las Vegas, Disneyland, Universal Studios from Los Angeles". I planned to visit New York City after LA Tour. However I only plan to fly over to NYC the following day after the last day of tour. Thus I got a few enquries to make. 1.) Can I book the domestic flight from LAX to NYC through you and what are the fares? 2.) Do we get to choose the hotel we prefer based on the choices you have? 3.) I would need 1 night of extension of hotel stay upon arrival at LAX before the start of the tour. Which hotel can I book if I'm booking though you? Can I book the same hotel as what the tour package provides? How do I request for the free airport transfer if I'm having my night extension first upon arriving at LAX instead of starting my tour on my day of arrival? 4.) 2) No, this is a group tour and hotel accommodations are arranged together at the same locations for the entire group.
3) Please click on the Arriving Early and Staying Late Button and select the Holiday Inn La Mirada/Howard Johnson hotel for your hotel extension. Once you book this with your tour, we will arrange your arrival transfer to be pushed forward to pick you up on your arrival date. (LAX drop offs are only available for the last day of the tour, no earlier or later).

Q: We are planning to extend our stay in LA for 2 more nights after the 7 day tour.. Noticed that your "staying late" hotel options only has Comfort Inn LAX.. We would like to stay in Holiday Inn La Mirada due to its vicinity to Disneyland..Will this be possible? You are welcome to request your additional 2 night stay to be at the Holiday Inn La Mirada, but the LAX airport drop off is only available on the last day of the tour. You will need to arrange your own separate transfer from the hotel to the LAX airport after your 2 night extended stay.

Q: Hello, I'm interested in this tour on 24th June. I'm also interested to join the city tour, but i can't schedule my flight before 11 o'clock. My flight will arrive at 11.30 am so i wonder that there will be a bus that wait to pick up or the tour can wait for us to arrive at SFO or is there any other option for us in this case. If there is a bus to pick me up after 11.00 am, do i will be charged extra? If i miss the bus at 11.00 do i still get a city tour in that day? and the city tour is included in the package or not? and after i finished the tour i wanted to go back to san francisco but i want to ask that where u will drop me in San francisco. The San Francisco City is included with the tour and is only available on Day 1 of the tour. The tour will depart with only passengers that arrive before 11:00AM. They will not be able to wait or postpone the tour for later arrivals. If you arrive after 11:00AM, you will not have a city tour.
The tour will be able to pick up passengers from 8:30am until 10:30pm on Day 1 of the tour. There will be no charge for pick ups within that time frame.
This tour ends in Los Angeles and drops off at the LAX airport. If you'd like return to San Francisco after the tour, please remark in the comments column when booking. Then we will confirm with you the detailed information after 24-48hrs.

During your free time in the afternoon on the second day of the tour, you can choose the optional In-depth San Francisco Sight Seeing Tour, visit some friends, or enjoy other sights or activities during this free time in the afternoon. Details will be provided to passengers on tour by the tour guide. Depending on the availability of the Alcatraz tour, you may or may not be able to visit Alcatraz.
Please inform your tour guide that you wish to visit Alcatraz and how to go about visiting that sight.
